Delivery Information

We believe the only true way to choose the right flute for you is to play them.

To this end we have created these simple ways to receive your instrument:

1. Try + buy in person
   If you do not wish to purchase directly on-line, simply use this site or our sister site at www.woodwind-group.com.au
   to do your research, create a list of prefered instruments then contact us for your nearest agent.
   We would love to get together some instruments for you to play , and guide you through a simple selection process that will ensure you choose the right instrument for you.
    
2. Pick and Play               - delivery option.
   This allows you to Pick the instrument you want , on line,
   Pay for your chosen instrument at our on-line special price
   Play your chosen instrument along with similar models.
   Our nearest consultant will deliver your instrument along with similar products and provide expert guidance to ensure you have made the right selection.
   
   After selecting your chosen instrument, proceed through the on-line checkout and select the Pick and Play delivery option.
   You will be contacted within 24hrs by one of our flute consultants who will arrange a mutually convenient delivery/consultation time and place:
   Your home - Consultants premises - Studio/school, as available
    
3. Door to door courier     - delivery option.
   For safety and reliabilty all instruments are delivered by our preferred door to door courier.
   We are not able to deliver instruments to PO Boxes.
   Deliveries can be requested between 9:00 - 5:00, Monday till Friday at home or work addresses.
   A signature is required for delivery to be completed.
   If the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery a redelivery may be neccessary and any additional cost payable by the recipient
   Request for courier delivery constitutes acceptance of these terms.
    
4. Australia post               - delivery option
   Australia post delivery is only used for small items or country destinations where courier or 'Pick and Play' is not an option.
